Market Supervision Administration of Henan Province

The Henan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation is a directly affiliated institution of the Henan Provincial People's Government and is at the directorate level. It also operates under the name of the Henan Provincial Intellectual Property Office. In accordance with the "Notice of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council on Issuing the <Henan Provincial Institutional Reform Plan>", the Henan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation implements the guidelines, policies, and decisions of the CPC Central Committee regarding market regulation.
