This notice specifies the catalog of key supervised hazardous chemical processes in the second batch, along with their key monitoring parameters, fundamental safety control requirements, and recommended control schemes, and adjusts some typical processes from the first batch of key supervised hazardous chemical processes. It is applicable to chemical enterprises to identify critical process parameters based on the hazardous chemical processes they employ and their characteristics, to equip and enhance automatic control systems, and for large-scale and highly dangerous chemical installations to be equipped with safety instrumented systems (emergency shutdown or safety interlocks) as per the recommended control schemes, as well as for the supervision and management of related work.
