Implementation Rules for the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Chemicals Subject to Supervision and Control

This regulation details the construction and production management, operation and use management, import and export management, data declaration and preservation, international inspection, and domestic supervision and inspection, as well as the principal legal responsibilities of Chemicals Subject to Supervision and Control. It is applicable to the supervision and management of activities and related work involving the production, operation, use, and import and export of Chemicals Subject to Supervision and Control within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
