This list specifies the control number, name, CAS number, and main environmental risk control measures for key controlled new pollutants, indicating that the new pollutants listed in this inventory should adopt prohibition, restriction, and limit discharge measures according to national regulations. The inventory includes persistent organic pollutants (POPs) specified by the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, as well as newly controlled pollutants of high concern domestically and internationally, such as nonylphenol, antibiotics, and substances already phased out in China. It is applicable to activities and regulatory actions related to the production, processing, use, import, and export of key controlled new pollutants within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
