Maritime Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China (2021 Revision)

This law outlines provisions for ships, maritime facilities, crew members, maritime traffic conditions, navigation assurance, navigation, mooring, operations, maritime passenger and cargo transport safety, maritime search and rescue, investigation and handling of maritime traffic accidents, supervision, management, and legal responsibilities. It is applicable to activities related to navigation, mooring, operations, and other maritime traffic safety-related activities within the territorial waters of China.
