This regulation amends the Authorization for Positive List of Monomers, Other Starting Substances, and Polymers Intended for the Manufacture of Plastic Packaging and Equipment in Contact with Food (RES. No. 02/12). The amendment includes: 1) replacement of Annex 4, 2) addition of Annex 12, 3) addition of new substances to the positive list in Annex I, and 4) addition of new substances in the polymer authorization list in Annex V.
