Enforcement Rules of the Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals (K-REACH)

This Rules specifies the delegated matters and necessary implementations required by the K-REACH, including registration of chemical substances, hazard review and risk assessment of chemicals, dissemination of chemical information, and management of products containing chemicals. It is applicable to the production, import, export, and sale of chemicals in South Korea.
