Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act

This act defines toxic and concerned chemical substances in the Taiwan Region, overseeing authorities; evaluates, prevents, and manages toxic chemical substances; assesses, prevents, and manages concerned chemical substances; details chemical substance registration and reporting; and sets forth provisions on accident prevention, emergency response, audits, inspections, finances, and penalties. It applies to the management of toxic and concerned chemical substances across the Taiwan Region.
