Japanese Industrial Safety and Health Regulations

These regulations are established in accordance with the Industrial Safety and Health Control Law and its implementing orders. They cover general provisions, safety and health management systems, regulations concerning machinery and hazardous substances, safety and health education, employment restrictions, measures for maintenance and promotion of health, permits, special safety and health improvement plans, supervision, and miscellaneous rules. They are applicable to all industries within Japan for the implementation of labor safety and health management activities.
