Canadian Environmental Protection Act (2023 Amendment)

This law specifies management, public participation, data collection, objectives, guidelines, and codes of practice, pollution prevention, toxic substances control, pollution and waste management, environmental issues related to emergencies, enforcement, etc. It is applicable to the management of chemicals, biotechnology products, pollution control, environmental emergencies, marine environment, etc., in Canada.
