Administrative Measures for the Visa of Certificates of Origin for Export Goods of the People's Republic of China

These Administrative Measures specify the management of the visa of certificates of origin for export goods, including general provisions; the application, review, and issuance of certificates of origin; the reissuance, replacement, and amendment of certificates of origin; origin verification; supervision and management. It is applicable to the visa management of non-preferential certificates of origin, Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) certificates of origin, and regional preferential certificates of origin.
