Guidance on the communication of information on the risks and safe use of chemicals

This guidance document specifies the purpose and scope of the guidance, when risk communication is necessary, understanding the issues, determining communication needs, implementing risk communication, evaluation and review, and applying the method in different situations. It is primarily for use by Member State Competent Authorities (MSCAs) in communicating chemical risks, especially in the context of REACH regulation.
