This guide specifies the reporting requirements for Swiss formulations and existing substances according to Articles 48-54 of the Swiss Chemicals Ordinance (ChemO, SR 813.11), including the purpose of reporting, who must report, when reports must be submitted, which substances and formulations must be reported, substances and formulations specified under ChemO Article 48, information that must be reported about substances and formulations, and the format and updates of reports. It is applicable to guiding the reporting of Swiss formulations and existing substances. Note: This guide is based on the version of the Swiss Chemicals Ordinance (ChemO, SR 813.11) dated September 1, 2022.
