This regulation amends the EU Regulation on Classification, Labeling, and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP Regulation), changing the list of harmonized classification and labeling of hazardous substances in Annex VI Part 3 Table 3, including the addition of 27 entries and the deletion of 6 entries. These changes will be mandatory from May 1, 2026, and apply to EU manufacturers, importers, and downstream users for the classification, labeling, packaging, and notification of substances and mixtures on the market.
