This regulation specifies general provisions and the designation of restricted and prohibited substances, applicable to activities related to the designation of restricted and prohibited substances in South Korea.

Designation of Restricted and Prohibited Substances in Korea

This list is part of the annexes 4 and 5 of the Designation of Restricted and Prohibited Substances in Korea and is continuously updated. It is applicable to activities related to the search and retrieval of prohibited substances in South Korea. The list includes:
(1) Prohibited substances for any use, including KE number, chemical name, and details of restrictions (Annex 4);
(2) A specific list of generically designated prohibited chemicals, including KE numbers, chemical names, and CAS numbers (Annex 5).

Korean Prohibited Substances List

This list is part of the annexes 2 and 3 of the Designation of Restricted and Prohibited Substances in Korea and is continuously updated. It is applicable to activities related to the search and retrieval of restricted substances in South Korea. The list includes:
(1) Restricted substances for any use, including KE number, chemical name, and details of restrictions (Annex 2);
(2) A specific list of generically designated restricted chemicals, including KE numbers, chemical names, and CAS numbers (Annex 3).

Korean Restricted Substances List

This regulation stipulates the general provisions and the designation of restricted and prohibited substances, applying to activities related to the designation of such substances in South Korea.
