Announcement On Issuing The Catalogue Of Non-Medicinal Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances

This announcement publishes the latest version of the Catalogue of Non-medicinal Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (hereinafter referred to as the Catalogue). The new version of the Catalogue includes 231 varieties from the original Supplementary Catalogue of Controlled Non-medicinal Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, 3 major categories (Fentanyl substances, Synthetic cannabinoid substances, Nitazene substances), 91 varieties split from the 2013 edition of the Narcotic Drugs Catalogue, and 74 varieties split from the 2013 edition of the Psychotropic Substances Catalogue, totaling 396 varieties and 3 major categories. At the same time, it modifies or supplements the Chinese chemical names, English chemical names, CAS numbers, and English abbreviations or acronyms in the remarks column for relevant substances. It applies to the control of non-medicinal narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances within China.
