This notice promulgates a list of food products, food additives, food containers, and packaging materials that come into direct contact with food—for which commodity codes have been determined in accordance with the Vietnam Import and Export Commodity List—along with the applicable principles. This list is based on the Vietnam Import and Export Commodity List issued pursuant to Circular No. 31/2022/TT-BTC of the Minister of Finance dated June 8, 2022, and applies to organizations and individuals engaged in the import and export of food, food additives, food containers, and packaging materials that come into direct contact with food in Vietnam.
