Announcement of Five Departments Including the Ministry of Commerce on Adjusting the Catalog of Precursor Chemicals Subject to Export Control to Specific Countries (or Regions)

This announcement amends the “Catalog of Precursor Chemicals Subject to Export Controls to Specific Countries (Regions),” adding two new entries: methyl 1-phenylethyl-4-oxo-3-piperidinecarboxylate and methyl 1-phenylethyl-4-oxo-3-piperidinecarboxylate, among others, to Part I of Annex 1, “Catalog of Precursor Chemicals for the Control of Narcotics Exported to Specific Countries (Regions) (United States, Mexico, Canada).” This applies to activities related to the export of precursor chemicals to specific countries (regions) such as the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
