The Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS) recently published the results of the public consultation for the 2025 AICIS Industrial Chemicals Categorisation Guidelines, which was open from October 24 to December 5, 2024. AICIS announced that it will release an updated version of the categorisation guidelines in September 2025, providing a six-month transition period for all changes.
