The Enforcement Forum held a remote meeting from March 18-20, 2025, focusing on the enforcement project for the classification, labeling, and packaging of hazardous mixtures (REF-14). The scope of the inspections includes mixtures containing nicotine products (such as e-liquids with acute toxicity), fragrance products containing irritants (such as air fresheners), and the new requirements of the Classification, Labeling, and Packaging Regulation (CLP) that will take effect in 2026 (such as fold-out labels, digital labels, and supplementary supply of mixtures). The inspection manual is currently being developed, with enforcement expected to commence in 2026.
