2024年10月14日，生态环境部印发了《化学物质环境风险评估与管控技术标准体系框架（2024年版）》（以下简称《标准体系框架》）。
《标准体系框架》按照“筛、评、控”和“禁、减、治”的原则编制，对总体框架、化学物质环境风险筛查技术标准子体系、环境风险评估技术标准子体系、环境风险管控技术标准子体系、新污染物环境风险管控技术标准子体系等进行了规定，适用于化学物质环境风险评估与管控技术标准体系的建立健全等相关活动。
现就本《标准体系框架》的编制依据、总体框架概述、化学物质环境风险筛查技术标准子体系、环境风险评估技术标准子体系、新污染物环境风险管控技术标准子体系的相关内容进行解读，详情如下图：
