Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration

The Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration, also serving as the Zhejiang Provincial Intellectual Property Office, is a full-provincial-level institution directly under the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government. It was formed by integrating functions from the former Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce, Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Provincial Food and Drug Administration, Provincial Price Bureau, Provincial Science and Technology Department, and Provincial Department of Commerce. The Provincial Food Safety Committee remains, with its work carried out by the Market Supervision Administration.
