The Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia, abbreviated as Kemenkumham RI) is a ministry of the Indonesian government responsible for legal affairs and human rights. The Ministry of Law and Human Rights is under the authority of the President and is accountable to the President. In addition, the ministry is also responsible for regulations on company establishment and governance, including the procedures for setting up foreign-invested enterprises and the corporate governance structure, such as shareholders' meetings, boards of directors, and supervisory boards.
