Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Shaanxi Province

The Shaanxi Provincial Administration for Market Regulation was established in accordance with the "Notice of the General Office of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the People's Government of Shaanxi Province on Issuing the <Regulations on the Functional Configuration, Internal Organization, and Staffing of the Shaanxi Provincial Administration for Market Regulation>" (Document No. 19 [2019] of Shaanxi Office). It is a directly affiliated institution of the Shaanxi Provincial Government, at the level of a full directorate. The Shaanxi Provincial Administration for Market Regulation implements the guidelines, policies, and decision-making arrangements of the Central Committee and the Provincial Committee regarding market supervision and management. In the performance of its duties, it upholds and strengthens the centralized and unified leadership of the Party over market supervision and management.
