The People's Government of Sichuan Province is the state administrative organ of Sichuan Province, People's Republic of China, and the executive organ of the People's Congress of Sichuan Province. It is accountable to and reports work to the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Sichuan Province. When the People's Congress of Sichuan Province is not in session, it is accountable to and reports work to the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Sichuan Province and the State Council of the People's Republic of China. It exercises administrative powers in accordance with the law.
