This standard specifies the classification, requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage for two-component polyurethane adhesives used in flexible packaging. It is applicable to solvent-based or solvent-free polyurethane adhesives used in flexible packaging, synthesized from polyols (including polyester polyols, polyether polyols) and isocyanates, featuring reactive hydroxyl or isocyanate groups, blended as A and B components.
