China-How to obtain the packing certificate for dangerous goods? | regulatory trends

In accordance with the Law on Import and Export Commodity Inspection and the Implementation Regulation on the Import and Export Commodity Inspection, factories manufacturing packaging containers of outbound dangerous goods shall apply for the inspection certificate for packing functions to the Customs under its jurisdiction. Factories manufacturing dangerous goods shall apply for the identification certificate for packing use of outbound dangerous goods to the Customs under its jurisdiction.

Tips: Outbound dangerous goods shall obtain the packing certificate for dangerous goods; outbound hazardous chemicals shall also obtain the packing certificate if they are identified as dangerous goods.
