Q：Do water-based ink enterprises need to obtain a production license?

A：

According to the "Decision of the State Council on Adjusting the Catalogue of Industrial Products Subject to Production License Administration and Strengthening Interim and Ex Post Regulation" (State Issue [2019] No. 19), water-based inks are not subject to industrial product production license management.
