Any export goods listed in the "Catalogue of Dual-Use Items and Technologies Subject to Import and Export License Administration" must obtain the "Export License for Dual-Use Items and Technologies." For guidance on the approval process of dual-use items and technology exports, please refer to the Administrative Services Hall under the Ministry of Commerce's government website (http://egov.mofcom.gov.cn/xzxksx/18017/).
