Precursor chemicals can be identified through the following three methods:

1. Information acquisition

Obtain relevant documents such as the chemical's MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and safety labels.

2. Key information acquisition

Obtain key information about the chemical through the MSDS and safety labels (Chinese name, CAS number, concentration of components).

3. Identification (catalog method)

Assess and identify whether the substance is a precursor chemical by comparing the obtained information with the "Classification and Catalogue of Precursor Chemicals."
