China-Can a hazardous chemicals permit be rented out for business operations?
A

According to the "Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Measures for the Administration of the Permits for Trading in Hazardous Chemicals," production and business units are not allowed to subcontract or rent out their production and business projects, sites, or equipment to units or individuals who do not meet the safety production conditions or corresponding qualifications. Furthermore, no unit or individual may forge, alter, rent out, lend, or transfer their obtained business permit, nor use a forged or altered business permit.
