The Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals (DCPC) in India has deferred the implementation of quality control orders (QCOs) for Toluene, Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Homopolymers, and Polypropylene (PP) Materials for Moulding and Extrusion. Manufacturers can continue to produce, store, or trade these substances as per existing regulations until the QCOs take effect.
