China-After obtaining a hazardous chemicals business license in Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province, can one conduct business in a different location, such as Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province? What is the legal basis for this?

According to the "Measures for the Administration of the Permits for Trading in Hazardous Chemicals" and other relevant regulations, one must apply for a hazardous chemicals business license in the location where the business premises are situated.
