The latest version of the Guiding Catalogue of Industrial Structure Adjustment of the National Development and Reform Commission in China(hereinafter referred to as the Catalogue)is the 2024 edition.It consists of three categories:encouraged category,restricted category,eliminated category.The permitted category refers to the category that do not subject to above three categories but comply with relevant national laws, regulations, and policies,which is not included in the Catalogue (2019).The Catalogue(2024) involves a total of 1,005 entries, including 352 entries in the encouraged category, 221 entries in the restricted category, and 422 entries in the elimination category.
