Japan ISHA-Substances Subject to Labeling and Document (SDS) Delivery System
In accordance with ISHA, Industrial Safety and Health Act-Chemical Substances Subject to Labeling and Document (SDS) Delivery System refer to substances regulated and released by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW). Based on their hazards and circulation time to Japan, the ISHA classifies these regulated chemical substances into five categories:substances prohibited from manufacture, substances requiring manufacturing permission, substances requiring labeling, substances requiring SDS, and general substances.
