China Chemical Compliance Updates Tracking & Interpretation Service

This regulation details the development guarantees, business entities, courier services, courier safety, supervision and inspection, and legal responsibilities for the express delivery. It is applicable to the operation, reception of express delivery services, and the supervision and administration of the express delivery industry within the People's Republic of China.

This decision stipulates amendments to certain provisions of 12 administrative regulations, as well as the repeal of 3 administrative regulations, including the “Regulations on the National Pollution Source Census,” the “Implementing Regulations of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Inspection of Imported and Exported Commodities,” the “Regulations on Ecological and Environmental Monitoring,” the “Interim Regulations on the Administration of Carbon Emission Trading,” and the “Regulations on the Management of Ozone-Depleting Substances.” These regulations cover provisions related to pollution prevention and control, the import and export of chemicals, inspection methods, carbon emissions, and ozone-depleting substances.
