Announcement on Strengthening Export Controls of Relevant Dual-Use Items to the United States

This announcement specifies export controls on relevant dual-use items to the United States, including prohibiting the export of dual-use items to U.S. military users or for military use; in principle, not granting licenses for the export of gallium, germanium, antimony, and ultra-hard materials related dual-use items to the U.S.; and implementing stricter end-user and end-use reviews for exports of graphite dual-use items to the U.S. It applies to the export and regulation activities of relevant dual-use items to the U.S.
