Announcement No. 72 [2025] of the Ministry of Commerce—Announcement on Issuing the Decision to Adjust the Implementation of Announcement No. 46 [2024] of the Ministry of Commerce

This Decision stipulates that from November 9, 2025, to November 27, 2026, paragraph 2 of Announcement No. 46 [2024] of the Ministry of Commerce (the "Announcement on Strengthening Export Controls on Relevant Dual-Use Items to the United States") shall be suspended. This involves adjustments to the provisions concerning the export to the United States of dual-use items related to gallium, germanium, antimony, superhard materials, as well as graphite dual-use items. It is applicable to relevant entities engaged in the export of related dual-use items to the United States and regulatory activities.
