This standard specifies the requirements for controlling air pollutant emissions, monitoring, and supervisory management in the refractory materials industry. It applies to the management of atmospheric pollutant emissions in existing refractory materials industry enterprises or production facilities, as well as environmental impact assessments, environmental protection facility design, completion acceptance of environmental protection facilities, issuance of discharge permits, and management of air pollutant emissions after the commissioning of refractory materials industry construction projects.
