(USA) Vermont Statutes Title 9, Chapter 63, Subchapter 12A: PFAS in Consumer Products

This regulation specifies controls on PFAS in consumer products, including post-sale stain and water repellents, artificial turf, cookware, incontinence care products, children's items, carpets and mats, ski waxes, textiles, compliance certifications, and penalties for violations.
