Ministry of Ecology and Environment releases China's Policies and Actions on Climate Change 2025 Annual Report

This report introduces China's policies and actions on climate change since 2024, including new deployments and goals for addressing climate change, actively mitigating climate change, steadily advancing climate change adaptation work, the national carbon market entering a new stage, a good start in building a product carbon footprint management system, improving the legal and policy system and support guarantees, and the basic positions and propositions regarding the thirtieth session of the Conference of the Parties (COP30) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.
