On 15 June 2026, the Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS) archived all chemicals on the Inventory as at 2 June 2026, making the file available for download in Excel (.xlsx) format. AICIS updates the Inventory regularly and aims to publish a downloadable version twice a year. Users can download the Excel spreadsheet from the AICIS chemical search page.

Businesses can download the spreadsheet to check whether a chemical is listed on the Australian Inventory of Industrial Chemicals (AIIC) and determine the compliance pathway for its introduction (import or manufacture). For the latest information, it is recommended to search the Inventory to find chemicals and check compliance obligations. Please note that the spreadsheet does not include links to assessments (such as statements and reports); to find assessment information, search the AICIS website.
