On September 15, 2026, the Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS) published a notice stating that, under section 83 of the Industrial Chemicals Act 2019, the assessed chemical benzene, 1,1′-oxybis-, tetrapropylene derivs., sulfonated, sodium salts (CAS No. 119345-04-9) has been added to the AIIC.
