On October 13, 2023, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) of China released the recording status of environmental management for new chemicals from January to June 2023, which enables the public to understand the environmental risk of chemicals and the government's strategic management approaches.

MEE also underscores the paramount importance of effective chemical substance management in safeguarding ecological environment and public health. MEE remains committed to ensuring the safe utilization of new chemical substances and regularly updating relevant information.
