On October 10, 2023, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China issued a public notice regarding the second batch (the tenth in total) of four chemicals to be added to the Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China (IECSC) in 2023. These four chemicals are 4-Chlorobenzophenon,1,8-Naphthalimide,(2S,4S)-2-(Dimethyl-aminocarbonyl)-4-mercapto-1-(p-nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl)-1-pyrrolidine, and Cerium (III) acetate hydrate. Details of these four chemicals are listed in the following Table.
