Addition to the Turkish Harmonized Classification List of Hazardous Substances-Aug 15,2024

On June 14, 2022, the Turkish Chemical Data System (Kimyasallar Veri Sistemi’nde—KİMVES) released the 'Turkish Substance Classification and Labeling List'. Table 3 of Appendix 6 of Turkey's Regulation on Classification, Labeling, and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (SEA Regulation) includes officially binding classification and labeling information for approximately 4,000 substances.

For substances not listed in this table, the hazard classification, labeling, and packaging information must be submitted by the relevant enterprises, namely manufacturers, importers, and distributors, in accordance with the provisions of this regulation and its appendices.
