The latest version of TSCA Chemical Substance Inventory is available(as of July 20, 2025)-Aug 19,2025

On July 20, 2025, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released the latest update to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Inventory, which now comprises 86,862 chemical substances, of which 42,578 are designated as active chemicals.

As the primary regulatory list for commercial chemical substances in the U.S. market, the TSCA Inventory is updated twice annually to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of chemical substance information. The next scheduled update to the Inventory is anticipated for January 2026.
