Canadian List of PFAS is available-Nov 24,2025

Time: Nov 24, 2025

Based on the important update published by the Government of Canada in Part I of the Canada Gazette on July 27, 2024, we have completed a comprehensive review and data entry of the newly added list of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

This officially published PFAS list significantly expands the scope of control, with the objective of fundamentally reducing the potential risks posed by PFAS to the environment and human health. The list covers specific PFAS substances that are manufactured, used, sold, or imported in Canada, and relevant companies are required to assume corresponding compliance obligations according to the law.
