Korea REACH List of CMR Substances under (MOE)

On December 28, 2018, the Ministry of Environment (MOE) of Korea published the list of CMR substances (No.2018-232), the list of exempted substances (No.2018-234) and the list of priority control substance (No.2018-233). In accordance with the K-REACH amendment, manufacturers/importers that manufactured or imported existing substances (non-PEC substances) exceeding 1t/y shall submit application for pre-registration between January 1, 2019 and June 30, 2019. All CMR substances and existing chemical substances are given a grace period to complete the final registration of substances before December, 31, 2021.
