The Korea Restricted Substances List is made based on risk assessments under the Chemicals Control Act (CCA). Restricted chemical substances shall meet relevant requirements in manufacture, import, sales, offer for sell, storage, transportation and use. In accordance with Chemicals Control Act (CCA), the registrant shall submit information to the Ministry of Environment on the imported chemicals containing restricted chemical substances or prohibited chemical substances.
